I am working in this location for almost 2 years now. In my observance this a good place for having a business office because the establishments are just within reach. The stretch of Paseo de Roxas is the lair of the stable and reputable banks in the Philippines. Hotels are within the surrounding areas thus if you’ll be strolling Paseo you’ll be seeing a lot of expats. There are also several restaurants here and what I meant by several is that the A to D class will all have a niche.
The major malls, Glorieta, Landmark, and SM are also accessible. You may walk or get a cab going to these malls. If you need some unwinding then go to restaurant grills around that serves cold beer.
If you decide to go out of Makati then you may get a cab and you can either use Makati Avenue, Buendia or use Ayala Avenue to go out of Makati. Or you may opt to walk a few paces and ride a bus going south or north at Ayala Avenue. The MRT is also an option.
Hmmm, sounds boring? I never got bored here and I do always get a front seat row to witness major rallies and assemblies. Like the
Con-ass rally and the
funeral parade to honor the late President Cory Aquino.
