I am looking for a person to help me determine whether moving to Valencia near Dumaguete City is wise for me to do. I have nothing but fond memories of visiting the Philippines 15 years ago. I have visited all over but not Negros Occidental and specifically Valencia. I am interested in Valencia because of my understanding of the climate. I just have a few more questions.
