Cool Worried About H1N1 in Manila?

H1N1 is nothing to worry about, it appears. The cases reported in the country did not originate here and are all under control. To ensure health protection, wear a mask. Avoid crowds. The good news is, the virus can transfer only upon direct contact with a carrier. And according to experts, it (the virus, not the carrier) can be easily killed by soap and water. So hand-washing is a good habit to have. Wash, wash, wash your hands as often as possible. Take a small bottle of 70 percent alcohol with you when you go out. Better if you take a bath after spending some time out with crowds. And make sure to take your health supplements.

Hey, it's just a flu virus. But do take extra care. Okay?

Cool Umm, how about beer?

I'd prefer a tall cool glass of beer, with matching deep fried squid dipped in vinegar with salt and crushed garlic. That ought to take care of any virus!

Default H1n1

i'm a lil worried i am fully aware of the procedure before exiting the NAIA especially those people coming from the country where swine flu was first reported.. And too bad i will be coming from the US and i'm pretty sure that getting out of the airport will not be "a walk in the park"

But it's better safe than sorry..i don't mind few tests and checkups as long as i know i'm free from that virus..
