Batangas Seaport

Batangas Port is the gateway to the vacation island of puerto galera, isla verde and other nearby islands. For now, Batangas Port is only operating domestically for its sea travel but its international container port are in full operation. And soon all international container activities will be transfered here to decongest the port of manila when completed. Many international and local companies have already put up their hubs on this port. It's all extended up to the town of Bauan. Noticiable companies are chevron caltex refinery and the ag&p asia, gulf and pacific at san pascual and bauan repectively. There is also a bus terminal inside the port with buses travalling to manila. Many investments have also come into the province because of this said port.
This terminal also comprise the Strong Republic Nautical Highway, a nautical system conceptualized under the term of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo where land vehicles can use the 24-hour Roll-on Roll-off (Ro-Ro) ship service to traverse the different islands of the country at minimal costs.
Facilities on this port are continued to improve. Services and travel operation are available daily.Sea vessels increased their count in operation as a good sign of tourism and for the locals, franchises of different products appeared in port because of the demands of the traveller.
