What are your top ten places in the Philippines?

That is question which is hard to answer as divers have other priorities than night-owls, beach-bums or mountaineers ...

That was why I asked what are your top ten places in the Philippines

here are 10 of my favorite places in no particular order...

Tubbataha Reef
Casablanca Dumaguete
Verde Islnd - Drop Off
Apo Reef
Apo Island
Balicasag
Coron
Alma Jane
C'Italian
Hayahay (on fridays)

... all about diving, food and hanging-out

yeah she's a great ol' Lady, always wet. I penetrated her first time in the evening hours of 03.03.2003, the day she made her final trip to settle down in front of my old dive-shop in Puerto Galera

For me it appears that the trash is created in someones brain only....

sunk on 03.03.03 by several DS (including Asia Divers) in PG and we dived it the same evening including penetration...

there are just different ways writing something and obviously a lot of strange fantasies out there...

I even wrote in my list that it's all diving food and hang-out related

... but of course I promise to write more "political correct", at least occasionally, maybe even on this board...

just kidding!

Haven't tried wreck diving in PG, it was yet to be discovered then.

But I had gone down to a wreck or two in Subic, we entered in the deep dark hole on its bottom and emerged on a very small hole on top.The visibility was very poor and water was very murky though we were the first set of divers on site, I forgot the name of that ship, sounds Japanese.

I had penetrated the deep wet too.... golly!

4. El Nido (cliff, beach, island hop)......................... Northern Palawan
4.a Coron and Calauit...................................... Northern Palawan
5. Caluya ( beach and island hopping).................... Western Visayas
6. Bantayan Island (beach)...................................Central Visayas
7. Panglao Island ( beach)....................................Central Visayas
8. Balicasag (dive)............................................ ..Central Visayas
9. Pescador (dive)............................................ ..Central Visayas
10. Dumaguete (for my retirement).........................Central Visayas
