Don't talk to strangers

if you're a tourist staying in Metro Manila, please for your own safety try not to talk to strangers. Sometimes people with bad intentions talk to strangers especially to tourists to divert their attention. With the increasing cases of robbery and hold-ups in the area, it is also best that you avoid traveling at night in jeepneys, buses and even taxis.
