Flights between the islands

We are a couple coming to the philippines on July-August. Because the weather is a bit problematic in this season, I don't want to book domestic flights in advance. Is it a problem to book flights on the spot? Are the prices much more expensive?

It is definitely cheaper to book the flights earlier, you could risk paying 2-5 times the price booking late.

At the moment you can be lucky to get Philippine Airlines tickets for around P1200 per leg.

So personally I would go ahead and book as early as possible.

other airlines do offer nice discounts as well. take seair for example, they got lots of promos going about. So if you are a fan a smaller planes, I guess you will enjoy their accomodation.
