Well, for anyone who lives here (or spent any significant time as a tourist) knows that no matter how beautiful and wonderful these 7000 plus islands are, well... There are some.... Ummm, let us say, idiosyncrasies, that make life here... Well, let us say "unique" and unusual...

So, while I don't mean to offend by making fun, I do want to share some funny or interesting photos of events and situations that happen here that just make one say, "Only in the Philippines!"

This first one is a picture I took the last time I was in the Airport.



Seriously cracks me up that instead of learning how to use the computer and change the damn flight number, someone thought it would be easier to just cut out a small piece of paper and write the new number on it!

Everybody who visit Leyte and Tacloban will probably visit the Leyte Landing Memorial (better known as Mac Artur Park).
