I was thinking about another kind of naked SCUBA diving when I saw the thread title.

I am not even sure it is possible to dive naked, you need a wet suit and equipment to SCUBA dive right?

That said the title still intrigued me

hehe, who wouldn't.

In fact naked (of course with a BCD, Tank and regulator) is posible as the waters around the Philippine archipelago are 26-29 degree warm, but if I would do that, the fish would turn blind...

the word "naked" is referring to the facts and not the diver (?) thus "naked facts about Scuba Diving ...."

being naked or nude in public is ILLEGAL in the Philippines , I'll check on the exact law/provision condemning public nudity, I'm really worried about the fish going blind.

is being naked under water considered "nude in public" as it is a kind of restricted to a very limited amount of people who can go there ?

I really have to check the law first but since the Philippine waters (sea, rivers etc) belongs to to the Philippine Government thus it is a public domain then it' public.

But I'll check on that to confirm.

Even it's off topic, when I was working in Puerto Galera I was teaching a girl SCUBA-diving and she was the model of a Photo-Pro (nothing porn or anything fishy).

After the certification and some fun-dives they had naked photo-shootings in the pool and the ocean. Sometimes my job is good to me
