finding a house/cottage/bungalow

I want to rent somewhere for one months, not looking for a luxury pool villa, just a decent little place for a couple, with cooking facilities, ocean view or near the coast preffered though will have a bike so do not mind a short 5-10 minute drive

how much would such a place cost ? I want to find something for a maximum of 18000 pesos for the month, is that realistic ???

any suggestions welcome.

p.s Can be anywhere on the island but would prefer stand alone and away from bars etc but within striking distance of a pleasant swimming beach.

If you referring for a inland pool theres a lot in Bulacan, Batangas, and if you want beaches especially white sand theres a lot in Morong Bataan, Boracay of course, Pangasinan. it still depends in your budget.
