Where to live on Plilipines

Hi,
me and my fiance wants to move to Plilipphines from Poland. We want to find a place to live. But it should be near a big city and beautiful beach also. We can live on the beach or near it, but that big city should be near us, so we'll be able to get there very fast. Can u tell us what place is best for us? What island or city? Of course we can live in that city, but as close to the beach as it is possible. Beach witch ocean

welcome to PB.

depending what you consider a big City, Certainly Davao, Cebu might be an option, eventually Subic. In this areas you have shopping options and some nice beaches around. with medium sized cities you will have more options.

You may want to consider also medical facilities or medications you need into your decisions or what recreational activities you like.
