Default Working and studying in the Philippines

Hello,
My husband (a USC) and I want to live, work and study (me) in the Philippines. He is a natural born USC, while i got my citizenship a few years ago. How can we stay in the Philippines legally? How can we transfer money there?
Thanks for any help!

Oh, and by the way.. I forgot to advice you to do it as soon as possible so as for you to not encounter any problems on staying in the country. Good luck to you and your husband!
