I just came up to Angeles City on friday to visit the Dane. I actually was surprised how good the weather was yesterday just a couple of 100 km south of the center of the typhoon Parma. Today the whole morning was a kind of sunny with some clouds.

What a weird world.

Anyway, what is the reason why the PI gives the typhoons always different names than the official ones used anywhere in the world...
