Post Alan’s Grill at Cubao

Alan’s Grill is a restaurant I hang out to whenever I am in Cubao area or when I want to get a little bit tipsy I choose this place to booze because it is near my house, just a 50-peso taxi away

Kidding side, the real reason why I hang out here is because it serves my all time favorite pinoy dishes like crispy pata, kare-kare, ihaw-ihaw, and pancit at the most affordable price. They have this “barkada” meal that we always order. It’s only 499 and for this price you get a big serving of kare-kare and crispy pata good for 4 to 5 persons. Though the price is really friendly the taste is like eating in a 5 star restaurant. I also love their desserts. Their “turon” and “minatamis na saging” are the best. It is like eating a dessert made by a hotel chef. Yummy. And beer here is always served cold. No need ice it is really cold.

Aside from the good food and booze Alan’s Grill is also a mini showroom of paintings for sale. On their walls are really interesting pieces made by young aspiring artist and they do also have pieces made by artist who already made a name in the artistic scene. I recommend you try this during Fridays and Saturdays because normally these nights have gigs.

The location of Alan’s Grill is at Cubao Expo Gen. Romulo Ave, Araneta Ceter, QC. Or if you are not familiar with Cubao area then just ask around where is Shoe Expo.
