Mang Inasal It was almost too late when I realize that my passport is about to expire. I immediately proceed to the Department of Foreign Affairs that early morning in February. The line is already long even if I arrive before six in the morning. I was almost cut off the line to return the next day. At last, the process was complete after three hours.
I was really hungry and sleepy at the same time. It was fortunate that there is Mang Inasal near the DFA. That was my first visit in Mang Inasal. I was impressed by the way they design their store, it’s quite Filipino. The food is inexpensive but delicious. I’ve eaten in many Chicken Inasal restautrant and Mang Inasal’s is the tastiest of them all. They even have“rice all you can” which means that you can eat as many rice as you can, although I only ordered one additional rice.
I truly enjoy that meal and try to find other Mang Inasal branch. I’m not aware then that Mang Inasal has many stores all across the archipelago. They currently have more than a hundred stores and aims to establish 300 stores by 2012.
My visit to Mang Inasal’s SM MOA branch was another enjoyable experience. They educate their customers in this branch. There is a big TV screen that shows how to properly enjoy the chicken inasal by putting chicken oil in your rice, how to prepare the sauce with soy sauce, vinegar and calamansi. |
