This year, millions of students will graduate from different colleges and universities in the Philippines. I have known many nursing grads who have had a very difficult time finding work even in an OJT, not getting paid, capacity... Some have had to go far up north as far as Baguio and surrounding areas to get work and it does not pay that well as right now, it is definitely a buyers market when it comes to nursing.
