Josephine Resort and Restaurant

Josephine Restaurant and Restaurant is located in Kawit, Cavite. They boast of their good food as well as a romantic place to hold wedding receptions. My brother had his wedding reception here and also one of my former officemate.
The ambiance creates a romantic setting for the newly weds. They also cater to any kind of party and gathering that accommodate 30 to 1,800 guests. They also sponsor concerts a number of times.
I heard that the restaurant was named after the owner’s wife and they open the restaurant in 1960’s. The resort was opened a few years after they open the restaurant. It is the very first resort and restaurant not only in Kawit but also in the neighboring towns.
Josephine’s resort was renamed Water Fun in 1999. The old resort was renovated to abreast with the changing time. They have several swimming pools for young and old to enjoy. You can enjoy a day swim or stay overnight and rent a room in their inns.
I can remember that they have a branch before in Roxas Boulevard when I was in college. But the workers strike until they closed down.
Josephine Restaurant only has one branch which is in Tagaytay. Josephine in Tagaytay is a much smaller location and don’t have a resort.
