Mercury drug store in binakayan

We move to our current house when I was 10. Mercury Drug store is not yet in Binakayan during that time. Binakayan is a popular market place in the nearby towns. There are several small drug stores in the area when Mercury Drug Store opened their branch near the market. Some of the smaller drug stores closed but some are still open up to this date.
Mercury Drug store transfer from one location to its new location after several years. The current store has groceries and the usual drugs.
This drug store has become a part of our life as we frequently visited the place for any medicine needs. I also have suki card. I was able to exchange P80 from the suki card.
I have a good experience with this store. Several years ago, I bought a metal cane for my mother. She did not like it. I tried to return the item the next day, but the manager told me that that is not allowed as the sales from the previous day was already closed. The manager informed that I can get any grocery equivalent to the amount I returned but I told him that I’m my way to work and it would be very difficult if I will bring all those groceriea to work. He finally allowed to return my money instead of replacing the item with groceries.
