SUPERB Congee in Guiguinto, Bulacan

When in Tabang, Guiguinto , Susan's Lugawan is worth a try. They serve lugaw (congee) with a twist. The secret is in the sauce (secret vinegar recipe), it is eaten in combination with tokwa't baboy ( fried tofu and boiled pig ears)

You'll either hate it or love it! YUCK!? or YUM?!
