Hi dharyl,

your entry-stamp you get at the airport is the 21-day tourist Visa. No need for any further action if you do not stay longer than 21 days.

step 2 for stay 22 - 59 days is the so called "Visa-waiver". You can do that at each immgration office all over the PI and usually takes a few minutes.

After that you can extend 2 month up to a total stay of 24 month.

It is advisable that waiver and extensions are proceeded 7-10 days prior expiry.

hope this answers the question

anyway, Naia01 and dhryl, welcome to PB

cheers

Rhoody

The witnesses does not have to be of same nationality as him, so Filipino witnesses are fine...
