Likewise, the Center has the purpose of enhancing the personalities of the children who are in their care through the different activities and educational programs intended for their situation.

Definitely, I could say that these people are kind-hearted enough to share their wealth and blessings to the needy and disadvantage, which in this case comprised of children. For the entrepreneurs who saw a problem in their community, seeing and observing is not enough. There is the need for them to act and do something in such a way that they would be able to help and bring back to the society they are living in.

As mentioned earlier, the Center is supposed to imitate the environment of a home and has the purpose of developing the children. The structure of the Bahay Bata Center actually incorporates and follows this purpose. If you visit the Center, there is a kitchen and dining area, an infirmary, the residences of the children, a library, and a school in order to provide the children with their educational and social needs. There is also a wide area which allows the children to roam around and engage in physical activities that would ensure their health.

However, the Bahay Bata Center can not really accommodate all of those who are in need of their services that is why a certain requirement has been put in place. Thus, people would not expect that all can be accepted in the Center. It is a reality of life and people should understand it. With limited funding and capacity, the administration of Bahay Bata Center in Angeles City, Pampanga would definitely look after the quality of their service to those who are seen to be qualified for their program.

This is a great effort by local businesses, the Rotary, and Expats coming together to do some good. I have seen many so called 'charities' over here squander their money or worse yet have disreputable people fronting for them and stealing money, however, the Bahay Bata has an excellent reputation for helping local kids get a good start in life even though they were dealt a losing hand.

I am always encouraged and come away with a warm heart every time I visit these boys.
