| Hi, I'm new to this site and i was wondering, my self and my girl friend are thinking of traveling to the phillippines for a month and the only time i can do it is in august but i heard that that is the rainy season, how rainy is the rainy season does it rain all the time every day or just a little every day? | Hi Ramsey, welcome to PB. Regarding the weather, the Philippines have different weather zones. The Visayan region (Bohol, Negros etc) has no real rainy season. I would call it wet season. You dont have constant rain. some showers occur but even they are mainly in the evening hours. Having said that, 2010 had also no real rainy-season in Luzon. If you are a kind of flexible it is easy to do some Island-hopping and get pretty decent weather. cheers Rhoody |
