wondering what that is? it's another home town product of taal batangas. it's main ingredients are Ingredients like Brown Sugar. Hardened brown sugar and peanuts. cooked and mixed together in a pan to get it's round shape. it serves as a dessert or maybe an appetizer to. sometimes as snack. but don't take to much of it since it is made of sugar. it sells well in transportation terminals like buses for a pasalubong. lately there was a controversy about it because of the lack of hygine in preperation of it which was shown on tv. that is why sales of that said product went down but slowy it recovers. panutsa has been around from a long time ago. even the older colony already prepared it. taste the panutsa. they are available in small, medium, large and extra large sizes with prices ranging from 20 up to 200 pesos in the local markets and much expensive in supermarkets. it is another proudly made batangas product which is known all over the nation.
