Default Panagbengga on Feb 19
Anyone coming to Baguio this Feb 19?

This will be the first time I will be experiencing the Panagbengga and I can't wait to go.

Any tips on what to expect?

how many days you will be stay there? if one day only and you have a car, better go there earlier maybe 4am you must be there because no parking available around 7am onward
