Thumbs up sAGING FOR SALE

Davao City is very abundant in agricultural products. The City is in fact the leading Banana exporter in the country making Banana very affordable.

Saging the local tern for banana has always been a table commodity as well as the most common street food to fill every davoeno of regardless of ecomomic status.

It is a common site in Davao city streets to see small tables along the road side piled with freshly cooked saging. Saging worth ranges from 5-8 pesos can definitely assure one from growl free stomach.

The classic Banana cue is brown fried banana sugar coated while Toron is sliced banana with thin slice of jackfruit wrapped in lumpia wrapper then deep fried and is also sugar coated. Saging may also be prepared grilled, brushed with margargarine the affordable version of butter and topped with sugar and is called “ginanggang”

Juice's definition in street foods may be easily prepared in galloons as commercially available powdered juice as orange as the usual flavor. Served in Small plastic cellophane with straw at price range of 1-5 pesos. Some may opt to healthier and quiet expnsive for street food market, Buko juice at 5 pesos per cup.

Indeed solving tummy problem is not that expensive, with ten pesos in hand it will turn low budget to high end stomach fullness.
