Default Jack’s Ridge, the place to be

More often than not, when we have a visitor who isn’t from the city, the place we’d rather bring our guest is at Jack’s Ridge. The place is situated at the top of Shrine Hills, Matina Davao City just adjacent to the Shrine of our Jesus of Prague.

One can have a full view of Davao gulf. Fascinating and breath-taking scenery greets a tired soul during night time when city lights twinkle right before one’s eyes. And during daytime, one can see the ship on the harbor of Sasa and the Island Garden City of Samal across.

Guests may eat their heart out to a sumptuous dinner at Taclobo restaurant and unwind afterwards at the piano bar.

For health conscious individuals, the place is ideal for losing calories by climbing up and down the stairs from one end to the other.

Amenities in Jack’s ridge include function halls for seminars and meetings, amphitheater for outdoor weddings, swimming pool, coffee shop, and play ground.

A souvenir shop is also open for those who wish to have a token or a pasalubong for friends and families back home.

Friendly and reliable cabs can take you up there. Best time to visit the place is when the stars are out. One can surely see a shooting star by dawn.
