MENDREZ (Victoria Plaza)

ATTENTION to management of Mendrez in Victoria Plaza Mall. On Sunday night, 28 of August 2011 that's yesterday, we visited your branch in Victoria Plaza Mall. I strongly suggest to your management to check on the customer service level of your employees. This is the scenario. We walked in to check for a very catchy SALE sign. WE looked around and we want to buy and take advantage of the Buy 1 Take 1 SALE. 5 minutes before 8:00PM they turned off the lights while we are still looking at the shoes on display. How difficult it is to simply inform us that they to need close and we have to come back the next day or some other time. We are aware that it's closing time already, but the fact that we are still inside your 'Mendrez' store, we are still YOUR customer. While I was walking out the store, NONE of your employees APOLOGIZED when I audibly said 'seriously? I want to buy these pair of sandals' (while i'm showing it to them). The staff (2 ladies) behind the desk are just standing there and just grinned at me, watching me walking out of your MENDREZ store. If they did this to us, they might have done this SEVERAL TIMES to a lot of customers. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
