 SEAIR: 2 DO328 bought in Germany; increasing flights to Caticlan SEAIR is still the only airline with Caticlan as destination. All other airlines are diverted to Kalibo and the transfer continues with busses. Now SEAIR uses its chances. They bought a third DO 328 aircraft from Germany last July and plan to buy a fourth in October; all suitable to land in Caticlan. During Peak Season SEAIR will raise the number of flights to as many as 32 a day from Manila to Caticlan.  More details: Inquirer
