The Best Ube Jam in Baguio

I think this is the best ube jam in Baguio. When you're in the vicinity of Mines View Park, there's an ube jam outlet there that serves the delicacy fresh and hot, newly cooked. And it tastes supremely heavenly. The bottle jar says it's made by the Good Shepherd Convent.

That road that winds up to Mines View after passing by Wright Park--when the breath-taking cliffs are within easy view--you pass by this ube jam shop along the road. There's a staircase leading up to the shop. And many people stop by here to buy jars of it.

The quality of the jam is so, so good--creamy and rich!

Good Shepperd ube jam (purple yam) costs more than those sold in the public market ( badly needs renovation due to the fire that broke out late summer 2009) but it is worth every peso you'll pay, considering you'll enjoy the yam and send a kid to college at the same time.

i've already tried this Good Sheperd ube jam and it taste soooo good! oh i miss Baguio..Also love those chocolate krinkles.
