 Jack Sterling says hello
Hello there everybody this is Jack Sterling a new member to the forum. I would like to take this opportunity to say hello to everybody and congratulate all persons involved in the development of this site.
As an expatriate who has resided in this wonderful country the Philippines for a number of years I find sites like this helpful and informative and it is my hope that in the near future I will be able to contribute my own experiences which others may enjoy and benefit from.
Over the years of living in the Philippines I have managed to travel extensively around the archipelago and have had a wide diversity of different experiences. From the humble subsistence like dwellings in the provinces through to the plush 5 star international hotels in Manila, from the roadside stalls serving pulutan through to the countries classiest restaurants, from the precarious mountain roads of Baguio and Benguet with their gaping chasms and breathtaking beauty through to the sparkling sun drenched beaches and tropical hideaways, from the colorful and cultural provincial fiestas through to the mega concerts drawing thousands of people, I have experienced and enjoyed them all.
Well enough of my verboseness and I look forward to swapping tales of my experiences with fellow members and lovers of this beautiful country, the Philippines, which I am proud to call my new home.
