this summer we went twice to this chinese restaurant along banawe street in quezon city. the food is incredibly good! it's a very cheap eat-all-you-can buffet (P180 plus). be there at lunch time and supper time. and go for the steamed salmon! ummm! perfect! the name is tramway.
