Default BUTUAN pronunciation
I just heard 2 girls in the gym talk about the city. They said that BUTUAN should be read as boot•wan and not bu•tu•an.
I don't know what their dialect is but they said that bu•tu•an has a different meaning.

If anyone knew the difference of the two, would you mind sharing it here?
