Hello Everyone! I'm sapphrene from Pasig City, NCR. Although I currently belong to the healthcare industry, for almost five years, I have also been working as a part-time freelance writer handling online and offline projects. I've also worked in the call center industry and as a language coach for fellow Filipinos.

I have been a resident of Pasig City (Metro Manila) my whole life, with occasional visits to some provinces and vacation spots in the country. My parents are from Albay - yes, the home of the majestic Mayon volcano.

At present, I try to spend some time exploring my city, other cities in Metro Manila, and nearby provinces. It is nice to know that despite the busy urban lifestyle, there are still some educational, relaxing and entertaining places in the Metro. I enjoy taking long walks (even within the city) because it is during this time that I see, hear and take part in stories that are seldom found in books and magazines. It is also a great (and inexpensive) way to bond with friends or to clear my thoughts (if I am alone).
