Hi Folks, as you are on the subject of taxes, can anyone tell me what are there experiences of import tax ?
We will be importing about half a container of household goods mostly bought in Thailand and out of the 12month guarantee.

I have had this problem once before in Sri Lanka it too me 8hrs with the help of a agent to get down to a reasonable figure.
We will be coming over in July, so it would be good to get a feedback from you about PH, by the way we are moving to Dumaguete and i will be visiting next week to find a house to rent.
