please share your infos about this...what are the important papers that my husband to be will be bringing for our wedding here in phils.?he's a belgium national..what is the first step that we do for this matters?..do he need to get international version of his papers?..do his papers need to be authenticated first in his country?..we been surfing here in the net but its all not clear to us..hope theres someone here can share their information about this matters..thanks in advance and more power... |
